The doctor I saw was excellent but the reception staff can be difficult to work with. My daughter and I separately made new patient appointments and we completed all the paperwork online as instructed, only to find out at arrival their system did not accept it. I was spoken down to by reception saying I must not have done it correctly and given a huge packet of paperwork to fill out. Luckily I was still able to be seen.
