I wish I could give it less than one star. It took a lot for me to give in and try therapy again. A friend of mine set me up with Phil. My one and only appointment was horrible but I was still willing to try. I did everything he asked me to do to see how it would benefit me. We set up an appointment for the following week. I have been to massage, yoga, acupuncture and counseling at the Center. It is a calming peaceful environment with people who genuinely care about your wellbeing. I would highly recommend all the practitioners at the Center.
