Would not trust a word these people say.i had an appointment last Saturday.(arrived an Hour before my appointment)tried to get in and call the imaging center they just completely disregarded me.i just called today and they said that i was the one at fault for missing my appointment i couldnt even get into.
Mammogram machine smelled badly of body odor from prior patient I guess. Gross being forced to push my naked body against that smelly machine and get squeezed and flattened until I felt like my skin was going to burst. Was told not to breathe during the X-ray rotation. I didn't but couldn't wait to take a breath and then it was met with that nasty odor. UGH. Worst mammogram I've ever had. I am 69. Went in for annual mam- no one loves this exam… however having a phenomenal person doing your exam is so relieving… Brenda!! Thank you a million times for being so personable, fun, compassionate and taking time to explain things..you are what professional is but better💗
Very slow and very inefficient in scheduling diagnostic imaging that requires prior authorization (eg MRI).
