My other half found the ad online & showed it to me. I had been to my regular orthopedic doctor & nothing helped. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff & Franklin & the Doctor are amazing. Sarah you are amazing!!! They patiently explain/ answer all your questions and concerns in a very timely manner. They work with your insurance companies, more aggressively. Their method of injection with imaging should be the protocol EVERYWHERE. From Franklin to every single person in the office I would give 10 stars if I could. I was not able to walk in on my own due to my knee locking up on my car ride to the office i couldn't even take a step without excruciating pain. The level of concern shown was through the roof from everyone in the office. The Dr said as I got pushed in on a chair you'll be walking out of here on your own.
