I had an amazing experience with Dr Swanson and his staff. My appointment was at 8:30 am and I had a wisdom tooth xrayed and pulled within an hour and 15 minutes. It was totally painless and done very professionally. His staff from the time I checked in to the time I checked out was very very nice as well as professional.

My son was in an auto accident in March in this small town of Effingham. According to the local hospital, this was the only surgeon that could stitch his face. First of all this provider would not take my son's health insurance or treat him until we provided the claim number in correspondence with the auto accident. To much to say without losing your attention so I will give a time line. My appointment was at 8 am. Got in chair close to 10 am Dr gives me 2 shots. Close to an hour later Dr comes back in asks if I am numb, I say I think so, he puts whatever tool is called on tooth to be extracted and I can feel it. He then with no warning jabs me again with novacain and it was worse than the first two.
