In writing this review, I feel very conflicted. I went here for 8 years and my life was truly transformed for the better, and for that I am forever thankful. They completed cured my eating disorder- a statement I never thought I'd be able to say. However, I was also ghosted after a serious life event. The Center for Hope and Health and Melissa has truly transformed my life. I found them by chance after Googling. After struggling silently for about ten years, I sought her help, and she has been instrumental in challenging my thoughts and building my confidence. With her support, I've learned to establish boundaries and rebuild my life. She has always been non-judgmental and consistently there for me throughout this journey. I cannot recommend this practice enough; it’s absolutely phenomenal!
