I’ve been receiving therapy for over a year with Masa Sato at the Center for Family and Mental Health. Before my daughter moved out of state, she had therapy appointments with Mr. Sato for approximately four years. Mr. Sato provides personalized therapy with what works best for his clients/patients. I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Masa Soto. Any therapist will listen, but Dr. Soto provides real insight and thoughtful techniques to provide an exceptional level of care. He has vast experience (just read his biography on the site) to help provide support for a vast array of areas to meet his patients’ needs.

I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I had one assessment appointment and it did go very well. I set up another and planned on attending. During this time I entered into a crisis and was hospitalized. I had no access to my phone and with what I was going through, the last thing on my mind was a 50 minute appointment on a Friday morning. I have been participating in EMDR for trauma and finally found relief. The work I have done always was lead with superior knowledge and most importantly, compassion! I have felt heard and that's not something I have experienced at other counseling centers. I feel empowered. I feel a real, lasting change for the better. Our family has experienced significant difficulty and trauma. I have trialed different therapists throughout my life and have never been able to fully trust and work through the things I need to. Dr. Sato is literally the best therapist and psychologist in the world. He is compassionate, kind, patient and helps you to become the best version of yourself.
