Do you guys delete low scoring reviews just because someone told the truth about you messing up appointments and then jerking turn around doing multiple exams for the same thing because that’s what it seems like. I’m starting to understand the high score now.
Immaculate service, skilled physicians and tentative staff. Who doesn't love a physicians office that properly schedules appointments so no one waits too long.... EVERYTIME?
Doctor Mathern was wonderful!!! But…. One of the front desk workers, was rude on the phone and in person. But I killed it with kindness. The other staff member I dealt with in the back was also wonderful
Dr. Matherne is amazing! He took his time reviewing my previous test results, explained everything really well, answered all my questions, and listened to my concerns. He truly partnered with me in my care and made sure I was part of the drcision making process while preparing me for what to expect next. 12/10 great doctor and a super nice guy!
Dr.Thurber was very professional and took time to explain my problem and what my next treatment would be. The staff was also very professional and helpful.
