Went in to get information on scheduling an appointment for my self. The lady at the desk, I believe her name was Tay was very rude. She asked me about my insurance and I asked if it was on file and she responded I repeat very rudely no that’s why I asked for it. I will never go here again and refuse to recommend this place to anyone else. Absolutely ridiculous.
Dr Matherne truly is a great person and surgeon. He treats his patients as if he was treating his own family. Surgical team at ms eye surgery center are the best! I’d give 100 stars if I could. Both days after my surgeries, I could see so clearly and I had no redness or swelling. I highly recommend
