They NEVER bill you or call you to let you know you even have a balance. They NEVER tell you you are out of network! The day before they send it to "collections" is the only time you will hear from them, and after they call they won't even bother leaving you a message. I only found out I had a bill because I called them back BECAUSE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY EVER REACHED OUT TO ME. This business is so shady!!!! The only reason I am giving Dr. Hoover 2 stars is because he did a good job on the molar root canal, however when I had one of my front teeth root canaled by him I came back two months later telling him that it still hurt and that there were issues with it. Instead of even looking at it, all he said was that it was one of my other teeth and they needed to be root canaled. Dr. Hoover is amazing very friendly along with his staff they make you feel very comfortable.
I had an emergency and Dr. Hover was amazing to scheduling and explaining all the possibilities to my treatment. His team is great and I was very happy with his service. For those who mentioned about cost, this is a insurance situation. They are very clear about procedures and costs.
