They used to be great and had understanding staff. Recently things have gone drastically downhill and have become bad for your Emotional Health! Seriously, my head space has gone downhill because of the following: They are constantly losing providers, so you are constantly changing locations and appointment times. If i could give a negative one thousand I absolutely would . God awful service. They will set virtual appointments just to send you an email with no link attached to join. Then give you an excuse as to why they will have to cancel and will attempt to keep your money for the appointment. Completely unprofessional, insensitive, and dysfunctional leadership. I'm so frustrated with this office. This office is very unprofessional. My son's provider is no longer at the practice but I was not notified. I called to change his appointment and found out. Smh what a way to find out. I mean no email, text, or letter came. The girls that answer the phone are very unprofessional laughing and talking when answering and they never have a clue what's going on. I was transferred to Asheville because the new provider my son was assigned to see is at that location. Again not what I wanted. I ask... read more

Profits over people is what the name of this conglomerate it should be. When you have over 40 locations and most of them in prominent wealthy areas, lots of posts about being overcharged but more than that the patient relationships with their providers are terrible.. According to indeed recently the front desk that makes $15 an hour doesn’t have a clue what they are doing or not could they care.
