The staff are very polite and helpful. Lisa Carder seemed much more interested in helping my daughter than any of the other people we have encountered in other facilities. I am glad we found her.
I was told I needed to be there 15 mins early... Day of, on my way there, they called 2 mins after the 15 min mark, and told me I wasn't there 30 mins early, so they canceled my appointment. New patients, please arrive 30 min early! I got a call from them to check on me because the event left me upset on the phone. I was able to explain, and they are keeping an eye open for an earlier appointment in hopes to get me in. Thank you, Wendy for helping me further and being sympathetic to my feelings.
