They used to be great and had understanding staff. Recently things have gone drastically downhill and have become bad for your Emotional Health! Seriously, my head space has gone downhill because of the following: They are constantly losing providers, so you are constantly changing locations and appointment times. Kaylie Tram is a fantastic listener and provider and it makes me so sad that she’s entangled with this organization. At the end of our appointment where I was meant to start new medication, she told me to call if I was having issues picking up the medication from the pharmacy. I did have issues, and to the surprise of no one in the reviews I was completely unable to get any contact from the office despite leaving voicemails every few days. They're not open this week by the way - I called another office for them to tell me that MY DOCTOR NO LONGER WORKS FOR CEH... Where was my notice that she was leaving? My am I FIGHTING to get my script refilled that I've been on for YEARS?!? I've requested refills and follow ups for weeks and have received nothing. A quick Google search shows they filed for bankruptcy, and now I can't get in touch with my doctor to refill my script? Is that even legal?? SHAME ON Y'ALL WOW
A damn zero. I have been going here for over a year. My insurance switched from NC to SC. I called to confirm my insurance was accepted considering I lost my housing and vehicle due to disabilities. I asked more than once if my new insurance would be covered. They stated yes. Now here it is the day of the appointment, and they telling me self pay. Knowing I'm out of my antidepressants and antipsychotics. Now I have to check myself into a hospital just to get my medications. This is ridiculous. I hope they close down cause th... read more
I’d rate 0 stars. I’m not one to write negative reviews, but my experience with this office has been horrible and I would hate for anyone else to deal with what I had to. After my first visit here I immediately referred to a different emotional health center. You guys need digital patient engagement tools immediately. The intake process was confusing I didn’t know which forms were necessary to complete.
