Britany Fritz is wonder. She discusses my kids issues with me, and manages their meds. She doesn't judge, she's super helpful, and I appreciate her!
Really like the PA but getting appointments setup is a hassle. Can only leave a message and play phone tag for a week.
These morons think it's a funny joke to forget to call in my child's (who has a life threatening chronic illness) medicine. I have emailed the requested information from his pediatrician 5 times now and am still being told "it's in process." These incompetent idiots clearly don't care that my 9 year old is struggling and having other issues flare up because of their laziness.
They made setting up a virtual appointment super easy. PA Berry provided a safe and open environment to communicate! I recommend
