So I had extremely high hopes for this place. Honestly they deserve zero stars. So when I first started there everything was good but then something strange happened. So I was scheduled for a virtual appointment with my therapist, and never received the link for the zoom call. I called to try and set up another appointment and left a voicemail only to never be called back over 2 months later. Super helpful front desk staff and therapist who are putting forth their best efforts as counselors. I did not consider either counselor I saw to be doing actual behavior therapy, but they could sure sit and listen. This company has terrible policies for cancellations, lateness, insurance, and ridiculous means of who you can speak to about what and when. It sounds like their staff wouldn't be able to get half an hour off for their own counseling opportunities if their lives depended on it so I can't even imagine working for ... read more
I have loved working with Westin as he is a fantastic therapist, but since being put on Medicaid the way other staff treats me has changed dramatically. Every week is a new nonsensical issue with insurance that the front desk workers can barely communicate with me, yet when I reach out to billing or my insurance provider they have no clue what the front desk people are talking about it. Terrible, awful experience. Our whole family has strep and COVID. I tried to cancel an appointment as we weren’t well enough to attend it (it was a basic followup) and they told us they would charge us still for the appointment as well as mark us as “no shows.” For a place that is supposed to care about your health and wellbeing— this is absolutely absurd.
