CEH of Boone deserves zero stars. Apparently this place has closed down and has left many patients in dire need of psychiatric help and medications that most PCP offices do not feel comfortable prescribing. No referral to another psychiatric facility for continuity of care. How does this happen? This is neglect and shameful to do to such a vulnerable patient population. Very concerning, especially for those patients who don't have family to advocate for them.
I have never experienced anything as irresponsible or alarming as the Center for Emotional Health. They have disappeared off the face of the earth. This is complete medical misconduct and patient abandonment, plain and simple. I am an established patient who relies on sertraline. My provider knows I am moving out of the country next week and needed a follow-up appointment to safely continue my medication. I just wanna let people know that they are not open, there is a for rent sign on the building and their CEH sign is gone. 🤷♀️
I have a $10 co-pay and I got charged $85 for a no show fee. CEH doesn’t care about its patients mental health. Just another coporate takeover of our healthcare system. They basically hold the town of Boone hostage and make its patients tolerate crappy care because there are no other options. Trash. Absolute trash
