I left a message about my meds not getting filled. I didn’t receive a call back. A week and a half later the meds finally got filled with no explanation and I left a 2 star google review. Then i got a call from CEH. Not in response to my call but in response to my bad google review. A whole week later I got a call back for my message about my meds. Two whole weeks to call me back about my meds and two days to call back about a negative google review. You see where their priorities are…
So I had extremely high hopes for this place. Honestly they deserve zero stars. So when I first started there everything was good but then something strange happened. So I was scheduled for a virtual appointment with my therapist, and never received the link for the zoom call. I called to try and set up another appointment and left a voicemail only to never be called back over 2 months later. Not to mention that I went through absolute hell trying to get my medication filled and went through terrible withdrawals and almost a... read more

Super helpful front desk staff and therapist who are putting forth their best efforts as counselors. I did not consider either counselor I saw to be doing actual behavior therapy, but they could sure sit and listen. This company has terrible policies for cancellations, lateness, insurance, and ridiculous means of who you can speak to about what and when. It sounds like their staff wouldn't be able to get half an hour off for their own counseling opportunities if their lives depended on it so I can't even imagine working for ... read more
