I left a message about my meds not getting filled. I didn’t receive a call back. A week and a half later the meds finally got filled with no explanation and I left a 2 star google review. Then i got a call from CEH. Not in response to my call but in response to my bad google review. A whole week later I got a call back for my message about my meds. Two whole weeks to call me back about my meds and two days to call back about a negative google review. You see where their priorities are…
So I had extremely high hopes for this place. Honestly they deserve zero stars. So when I first started there everything was good but then something strange happened. So I was scheduled for a virtual appointment with my therapist, and never received the link for the zoom call. I called to try and set up another appointment and left a voicemail only to never be called back over 2 months later. Not to mention that I went through absolute hell trying to get my medication filled and went through terrible withdrawals and almost a... read more
