Can never get anyone to call back and they do not refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Nice enough if you can reach them though.
They were not concerned about figuring out what the real problem was nor able to solve anything!! They prescribed me several different medications but never gave me a diagnosis or try to fix it they just said keep taking the medicine and I did but it never worked/ helped me & I couldn’t even tell or see a difference at all when I had been taking the medicine as prescribed for over 2 months and they were not able to help me and they were still not even responding in the way u asked them or had a question about it they would n... read more
This place is being shutdown, (probably some sketchy stuff). So if your appointment was a no call no show, don’t waste your time calling them (they won’t answer). Jump ship. Find someone else.
I never got to be a new patient. Called a dozen times. Never got a call back. Had to fill out an online form to get a call to schedule an appointment. Got called saying that provider was quitting and needed to be rescheduled. The new appointment was never made even thought they gave me a new day and time. Then after calling relentlessly someone finally answered saying nothing was ever on file for a second appointment and I’d have to wait another week.
