The ONLY reason I am giving this place a 1 star is because it's the only option I have . This is the most unprofessional office there is . Front desk girl was great. The so called PA what a nightmare and where did she even go to school? I walked into this office seeking help or understanding and the PA by the name of Hope laughed as I was trying to answer her questions. No 1 but 3 times. I thought the 1st time she earbuds in nope that surely wasn't it , by the 3rd time I called her out . All she could say was I was digging .... read more

They are completely unprofessional. I called to schedule a first time appointment ment after pressing 2 ans no one answered. I called and called and left voicemail, nothing. I call and claim to be an existing patient amd they answered. I tell them I'm needing help, not psychward help but just some help and they hung up on me. 2nd time I called, they put me on hold mid sentence and left me on hold. Something needs to get done. I will be reporting.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment in 2017 because the door was locked and I couldn't get in to check in on time. Once staff opened the door, they said "late is late" and asked me to not come back, as they have a strict "no show" policy. They also said the provider I was seeing, Ivy, asked the office staff to tell me she would not be refilling my medications because I violated that "no show" policy. Once I found a new provider, they refused to transfer my psych notes and medication history.

When you have your emotions under control, when you are a model patient willing to be treated like idiot… by idiots, then go here, otherwise, save yourself and go no where near any of their locations!
