My counselor is amazing. Everything else is amazingly bad. Office staff are nasty and unhelpful. No direct line to any office to speak to a person. Billing is an abject nightmare. It's a company-wide problem, because I have the same problems at another CEH location with another (awesome) counselor. Dealing with CEH has left me in tears at least three times. They're doing their best at this company to make sure people don't receive mental health care.

My child was hospitalized for 10 days as an involuntary commitment due to a medication that was prescribed by the providers at CEH. A severe psychotic episode due to excess amphetamines. I transported my child to CEH to get help. NO provider would see us to help or guide us. I had to call 911 No one followed up. Scary place

The therapist my son "had" was amazing with him but other than that DO NOT GO HERE OR BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE as the office manager JOHANNA let's her job go to her head. She takes her position as office manager and let's the power got to her head. The rest of the team doesn't care to know you or your child or your files your just a number to them.
