I was matched with a great counselor after some low-risk mental health issues and have been seeing her for over two years- very qualified and a great match for me! I have switched psychiatrists within the business multiple times due to them leaving the practice- but each Dr has always been polite and great for me as well.  My only issue is revolved around scheduling. We were half an hour early for an appointment, only to be sent across town to another address. We arrived ten minutes prior to the meeting only to be told they wouldn't take us because we didn't have enough time to fill out the paperwork. Obviously they couldn't care less about the client as long as they get the insurance information. It is disgusting, I wouldn't let them treat my dog. It doesn't take much to see they are only in it for the money.

These are people who do not care about patient health, and instead only care about their reputation and money. I was going through a medication change, and had little to no luck getting the person who actually prescribed me the medication on the phone. The switch was not going well and I needed to be treated.
