I was matched with a great counselor after some low-risk mental health issues and have been seeing her for over two years- very qualified and a great match for me! I have switched psychiatrists within the business multiple times due to them leaving the practice- but each Dr has always been polite and great for me as well. We were half an hour early for an appointment, only to be sent across town to another address. We arrived ten minutes prior to the meeting only to be told they wouldn't take us because we didn't have enough time to fill out the paperwork. Obviously they couldn't care less about the client as long as they get the insurance information. It is disgusting, I wouldn't let them treat my dog. It doesn't take much to see they are only in it for the money.
These are people who do not care about patient health, and instead only care about their reputation and money. I was going through a medication change, and had little to no luck getting the person who actually prescribed me the medication on the phone. The switch was not going well and I needed to be treated. Absolutely the most unprofessional group of people. I've been over charged, disrespected, and lied to. I will never give them another dime of my money again. I'm disgusted by how my family has been treated by this office as a whole.
Sorry place, don’t listen to concerns, speaks to kids and not with parents, forgets about appointments and don’t tell ppl if they are f2f or zoom or a phone call (not professional with calls)
RecommendedI've been going there for 3 or 4 years & I LOVE that they make sure all the guidelines are followed for the treatment side of things such as group, therapy ,counseling& drug urine tests. Some places are very lax in that area & it's very important for a person's recovery . My husband also goes for mental health issues & that has also been a great experience ! There is always someone available to help us when we have questions & I'll never forget how safe & easy they made it for us during this scary pandemic !❤
This place is a sham and money grab. They require drug tests every single visit which for me were once a week. After they discharged me for threatening a malpractice suite I received a bill for all those drug tests none before that day. This place should not be in practice AT ALL. I will attach a picture of the bill they sent to be attached to their review page. STAY AWAY. Their practice should be the subject of investigative reporting by local media. Totally unprofessional.
