When asked to provide a letter from my ONCOLOGIST stating that my previous prescription for "scan-ziety" was a temporary prescription to help me through a very tough time, it WAS PROVIDED IMMEDIATELY. If you truly want to improve your mental health, then stand clear of the Center of Emotional STRESS!!! I paid $95 dollars for my FMLA paperwork to get filled out for my employer, and of course they had no problem taking my money, but of course when it came time to fill it out, they failed to do so. I’ve called numerous amounts of times and even left a voicemail, but no call back or answer.
Please spare yourself the time & go somewhere else. This has to be the worst place ever. It is obvious that they have poor leadership because you can't get in touch with them, I've had about 5 different providers in the last year, they have to constantly reschedule because the provider turnover is high and the list goes on. It's all about the money with very little consideration for how this awful service might affect their patients EMOTIONAL HEALTH. They need to be reported!
Absolutely shameful service. If you rely on ongoing medication management or regular appointments, look elsewhere. Calls go unanswered, follow-up is virtually nonexistent, and getting the care you need is incredibly difficult. I would not recommend this practice.
*EDIT 3/31/26 Response rates from scheduling and nurses have definitely improved. However, they're booked out for quite some time. Have to wait a month to get another appointment after the original called in sick the day of my virtual appointment. The therapists are wonderful, but good luck getting hold of anyone when your prescription runs out or needs pre-authorization. I was forced to go through horrible withdrawals from SSRIs after leaving multiple messages. NO response over a month later. No nurse available to help, eve... read more
