They owe me $1,400 dollars, no one calls me back and I have been told for a year that I will see a check in 45 days. I went to the office and the doors were closed. They packed up and left. Just called and was told that my NP was remote only and I still had an appointment and will do my vitals through another office. Needless to say, I paid my bill on time, yet they don’t hold up to their end. I am no longer a patient!! Don’t go here.

Absolutely awful service. The Steele Creek office closed down, and getting in contact with anyone from any of the offices to schedule an appointment or pay a bill since then has been a nightmare. The Steele Creek providers are now part of the "virtual team", which you can't even contact; there's no line to their scheduling department when you call the main line. The therapists are wonderful, but good luck getting hold of anyone when your prescription runs out or needs pre-authorization. I was forced to go through horrible withdrawals from SSRIs after leaving multiple messages. NO response over a month later. No nurse available to help, ever. It has caused much anxiety and unnecessary illness. Terrible considering the circumstances that brings me here to begin with. I used to give CEH as a whole 5 stars. Been a patient for 3 years. But lately they have not been up to snuff. Can’t get a hold of them anymore and I have to nag to get them to send out a prescription. Not sure what changed.
