I saw Dr. H. Patel here and I thought he was an excellent psychiatrist. He listened well and engaged me in conversation that made me feel comfortable. He always took my opinions and suggestions into consideration. I also saw Molly who is a PA in the office and she was very kind, compassionate and well versed in what she was doing. They are all excellent and I will not go anywhere else.

Did this therapist help you better understand your partners point of view? Absolutely, They helped us to better understand the other person's point of view Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this therapist take sides? Not at all! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away 

Very frustrated!!!

Therapist is awesome - IF you can get past the rude and seemingly uncaring staff at the front desk. And don't dare inconvenience them by missing an appointment because you have a life. And don't bother to tell them there might have actually been a "reason" you missed that appointment - they don't listen or act like they care at all. Five stars to the PA therapist - and negative stars to the staff.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I tried to back up the format of these questions on this website were confusing/illogical at times. The center for emotional care is in a decent neighborhood and I saw all credentials prominently displayed as well as the human rights poster. I really like the three Psychiatric staff I have worked with so far, VERY professional and respectful. They treat their clients well.
