I am perplexed by the behavior of CEI-PACE staff at most locations towards Patient Transport Specialists. Is there a specific reason for their apparent dissatisfaction? Our role is solely to transport patients to and from their locations. Sure we’ll go the extra mile for them, when it’s necessary. But to make it a toxic habit every day is just a little too much.
CEI is an amazing company dedicated to taking care of seniors in the East Bay. They have worked hard to create centers that feel friendly and programs to keep seniors in their homes.
