My doctor has been great, but their operations is horrible. I have had issues on repeat ordering my serum drops. Often, I have to leave a voicemail and often they state they never received my requests. Each time, I ask for confirmation, and no one ever calls back. I have received my drops 8 weeks after ordering them (supposed to take 2 weeks). Once or twice is understandable. I am on my 5th consecutive time of having problems. Found I had Throat Cancer and suggested a great Cancer Doctor to start my radiation treatments. Did a great job for me.
Unbelievable rude. Obviously, no understanding of patient care.
If you are seeking an Allergist, would not recommend to come here. They do not provide allergy tests nor do they provide allergy shots.
