I was recently transferred to center of discovery from Radys mbu program. After being at radys for a month and having spectacular care I was then moved to center of discovery residential del mar and received the worst treatment. They were not kind, not welcoming, very strange staff that make you uncomfortable… I had a medical emergency my second day being there and had received not help and had to call an ambulance myself off the land line. NOT a slay. and i know all about slays.
Can’t acknowledge they that they did not try, but not hard enough, sacrificing other people’s/ patient’s (myself) life, recovery and journey. Put my entire life on hold because I wanted to choose life, and CFD Del Mar simply let me down when I needed them most. Hurts
Bad. Please find a different ED treatment program, not this one.
Our daughter (D) entered this CFD residential program in the March of 2015. Under the oversight of this program, she lost sufficient weight for it to be life-threatening. Upon admission into Rady Children’s Hospital (RCH) in early April, the attending physician told us that she couldn’t guarantee that our daughter would survive the night.
