Attended this facility over a year ago and got the desired help I needed, but am now receiving a VERY large bill, ($22,000 to be exact) with no explanation & I am getting no help at all with the billing dept. So many discrepancies on your end with my insurance company and it is causing a lot of issues for me WELL over a year after i attended. i am very disappointed in the customer service dept. and my insurance agent & I got hung up on by Anne in Billing while expressing my frustration.
