Our daughter began to do very well here for the 3 weeks she was in the program. Eating better than she had in months. When our insurance decided to deny coverage for higher level of care (PHP), the staff suddenly determined she needed to go to another center's residential program. She was thriving in PHP, until the money train stopped, then the masks fell off & staff couldn't get rid of us quickly enough. Horrible experience.
This place is a complete joke! They refused my step daughter whom is 12 years old and only weighs in at 64lbs, but because she has ptsd from being involved in her biological mother's 2 of her 5 suicide attempts, with the 5th one sadly being successful as of 8/2019, they refused to help my step daughter with her ARFID eating disorder. Ashley Ragendo, from Nov 9 below, does not exist. She also left a scathing review about her "son" regarding a treatment center for boys in Northern, CA. She is clearly the work of deplorable marketers at another adolescent treatment center in CA somewhere. Sad but common practice. Ignore.
