Terrible office staff!! Didn't even get in to see the Doctor. Sat 2 hours in the waiting room while unknowns to me they didn't have my medical records. After sitting in the waiting room for two hours, they told me it would be at least another hour and a half before I would be seeing the doctor. I left never to come back again! Terrible, absolutely terrible front office staff. BEWARE.

I saw both Dr. Avila and Nieves (the nurse practitioner). They were both professional and friendly. They took their time to explain what was going on and what I needed to do. Highly recommend!!!
El peor de los servicios. Si tienes planes para más tarde cancelarlos porque ellos se tardan un mínimo de 2 horas para atenderte. No les importan los pacientes, se la pasan en el teléfono mandando mensajes. La atención es terrible!! De todos los doctores que he visitado este es uno de las peores experiencias!

The best staff and great doctor, Dr. Avila. It is nice to go to a doctor's office when excellent customer/patient service is provided. Dr. Avila sat with me and explained everything in detail with being rushed. A quality center with highly trained staff and a top-notch doctor. Strongly recommend.
