Pleasant staff but their billing department is the worst. They cannot give accurate pricing and inaccurate coding causes non-insurance payments. Finally, inconsistent billings sent out. I have been sent three different bills for the same procedure. I am not sure what their methodology is for account and billings practices is; but, 6 months later I am still having billing issues with them.
