Thank you to the staff of Rayus, Brunswick, Maine. From the scheduling call to the front desk staff, and radiology staff, my patient experience was excellent! Thank you to Theresa for making my procedure so pleasant and comfortable!
Excellent experience! The technician seemed very professional and thorough, and the front desk person was friendly. Facility was modern and spotlessly clean. Imaging at my doctor's office was booking many weeks out, but I was able to visit here within 24 hours. The third-party radiology group that Rayus is contracted with (same one that many practices in Southern Maine use) reviewed the images the same day. Glad I found this option.
The people supporting my MRI were kind, helpful, clear with instructions and generally very good at their work.
Was very impressed with this place, very nice staff and my MRI took a fraction of the time I've experienced in hospitals, and the fact that theirs is an "open" MRI, you feel FAR less claustrophobic. I will absolutely use them again for anything I might need and will recommend them to others as well.
Excellent Service! Wonderful Girls to work with. Couldn't ask for a better place to have a MRI done.
