Very pleasant staff and quick and easy
Excellent service every time. My wife and I have had imaging done at Rayus including MRI and CT. They always call promptly after referral from our doctor. Scheduling is easy and usually within a week. The staff is friendly and professional. The best part is the imaging and report is usually available in their online portal the same day!
Everyone was very polite and had a good attitude but I was rushed through the setup at the MRI machine once I was given the earplugs. When the first three rotations started, I was told how long each would be which gave me an opportunity to adjust my position if I needed to. But, after those three I wasn’t given any notification until the end. At 73 years old with back issues, I can’t move as fast as when I was younger so I suggest this is taken into consideration for the next patient with a similar condition. Update on 11/4/... read more
