The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and no wait getting in.
Everyone was very polite and had a good attitude but I was rushed through the setup at the MRI machine once I was given the earplugs. When the first three rotations started, I was told how long each would be which gave me an opportunity to adjust my position if I needed to. But, after those three I wasn’t given any notification until the end. At 73 years old with back issues, I can’t move as fast as when I was younger so I suggest this is taken into consideration for the next patient with a similar condition.
Awful experience. Unprofessional.
The technician was very friendly. She helped me get up and down. She was was very knowledgeable about my medical history which helped us prepare for my test.
