RecommendedI had a great experience at Downey MRI Center. From the receptionist to the tech who did the MRI, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office.

RecommendedWonderful staff very professional. The receptionist got me a glass of water. She knew I was very nervous and was extremely kind to me. She allowed my daughter to go in with me. Rose who did the test, put extra padding on the table for me so I could be more comfortable. I had to stop halfway through the test do to nausea, she was patient and very kind. I was able to finish the MRI. I am very grateful to the staff.

Had a very bad experience! Will never go there again!!! I was called to come in early due to cancellations. I ended up sitting for 2 1/2 hours after I arrived. Very patiently reading. I actually did not mind. I watched other women come in and complain..thinking to myself, wow people are so impatient! I was finally called back and the Tech was rather short and rude 🤔 Once she got me in for exams. She shared with me that the girls at front said I WAS COMPLAINING!!
