My first time getting an mri. The technician was very polite and very good at informing me of the procedure. I was made comfortable during my mri. I would highly recommended them to family and friends
2 nd time for an MRI there...i would recommend it to anyone who is clausterphobic...the staff are great..very pleasnt ladies...asked me several times if i was doing ok...i will go back there again if i need any procedures done...thank you ladies for making my procedure smoother..you are all awesome.
CDI was recommended to me by a new neurologist. Normally I go to IU Health outpatient. But this place was so much better! I am very claustrophobic and didn't know until I got there that it was going to be a 45 minute session. I panicked and asked for a Valium. They were able to give me one without having to have a prescription which helped me a lot. They also have an open MRI, which helped. Maureen was really great getting calmed down and in the machine.
