Was an easy quick appointment. Everyone was nice and courteous
While the friendly staff and clean, welcoming environment at Rayus are definite positives, the billing practices are a serious concern. Twice now I've received a quote over the phone, been verbally confirmed the amount due upon arrival, paid in full, and received a receipt, only to later receive an additional bill. This most recent time, I was told the extra charge was due to an insurance discrepancy, despite the fact that I was self-pay.
