Really great experience and especially quick with the pre registration option. All the ladies were very nice.
I like CDI because you arrive and everyone is so friendly and professional and you get called fast for your X-Ray or any other tests you have to take. I've been going there for a while and I am very happy with the service.
Made an appointment at 9 am and was told to be here 15 minutes early--- nearly 45 mins into appointment I ask how much longer and told 10 minutes... Waited another 30 and then told 15 more!!! Going on over 2 hours for an X-ray and still waiting! No apologies, just said I can reschedule if I want.... Office has zero regard for patients time and completely unorganized! I'd like to charge them a fee for cancellation please.....
I visited the MetroWest office for several tests and/or procedures. I found the office staff to be very professional and friendly. I did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time even when I was late one time. The technicians that do your tests or procedures tell you what they will be doing and talk you through each one. I would recommend this center to everyone.
The entire staff was wonderful. My previous experience from another facility was horrendous and I was very apprehensive about getting this done. I had a wrist arthrogram and a shoulder arthrogram today and Dr Wu talked me through the procedures and did his best to make it as tolerable as he could. I really appreciate the care and concern I received today. Thank you!
