RecommendedThe staff at CDI was very friendly and thorough. The doctor asked a lot of questions before administering the epidural injection. They said to not expect results for a few days, but the relief came quickly. I highly recommend this facility. Thanks!

All talk, no action. I submitted a question online through their "Looking for Answers?" form on Monday. I have not received a response or acknowledgement (it is Thursday evening).Their website says, "When your health is in question, you want answers. And you want them now. At CDI, we understand your need to know." Elsewhere it says, "We specialize in answers." I can only conclude this is an advertising gimmick. So disappointed in medical professionals again! The care at CDI Metrowest is outstanding! The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and well versed in their respective areas! I always feel like family when visiting there for any testing. You are always warmly greeted and quickly checked in! The professional staff is very caring and sensitive to the patients needs as well as highly trained in their fields! I strongly recommend anyone who needs diagnostic testing to select CDI Metrowest! They are a center of excellence!
I would highly recommend this office for services. I went in yesterday for a nerve block injection and was in so much pain while in the waiting room. The female and male (Eric??) were so attentive and compassionate bringing me a blanket to comfort me and when that didn't work, he offered to have me lay on a bed to be more comfortable while I waited. Once my nurse, Karen came she was very friendly, explained everything. Dr. Bove?, also very friendly, explained everything making me very comfortable. Everyone were professional ... read more
