Never seen at appointment time, takes 10-15 minutes after arrival for appointment to even get acknowledged to be checked in despite several people sitting at front desk
Always use the Vineland location for all of my imaging needs.
The place is clean and the staff is professional. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but they will get to you. They will even call you if there’s any changes or if you need certain authorization. It’s always crowded though.
Dr. Venugopal is quite possibly the worst doctor I've ever encountered.. Totally disconnected and seemingly happy to be that way. First visit with him was literally a joke, with him totally ignoring my family members concerns and offering nothing but his ridiculous opinions. we were sent home with chest pains and told to take Tylenol. Do not visit this "doctor".
Always good, till last night, MRI miss information, never been through anything like that before
