had a very disappointing experience at this mammogram center. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and inattentive. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, yet when I arrived, the staff were sitting at the desk having personal conversations instead of checking patients in. I wasn’t given my paperwork to complete until almost 3:00 PM. It felt like patients were not a priority at all.
