Our initial evaluation went well and the skin responded to the acne treatment but so far, after multiple calls and voice mails, I have not been able to refill a prescription or get a follow up appointment. Been trying for about 4 weeks.
Went to reception window, two ladies looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I stood in front of them and waited about 5 minutes before one of them told me, I will be with you in a few minutes. The lady asked for an insurance card, I told her I had Tricare and gave her my military ID. She told me she still needed an insurance card. I stated that I did not have one. I've had a rash for 3 months came to see Dr tony he gave me a topical and wanted to see me back in TWO MONTHS... two weeks go by topical isn't working contacted of three times and was advised i would get a call back and im still waiting.
