I was 12 minutes late to my appt. And even though I texted them to let them know I was running late, they still told me I had to reschedule when I got there. The last time they saw me, about a year or so ago, they spent a total of 10 with me in the patient room. I was willing to wait for a while to see if they could work me in...that was not an option. They doctor seeing my child was professional and competent. Staff was pleasant enough. However If you choose to use them, I would not recommend scheduling any appointments on Monday or Tuesday because they have a cancellation policy that requires a notice of 48 BUSINESS HOURS. Less then that and you can expect a no show fee of $100. Imagine you send them a text (a method they offer) on a Sunday for a cancellation on a Tuesday. Well that's not 48 BUSINESS HOURS.
