Dr. Mac was so kind and informative on what I needed for my overall oral health. She is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable being her patient.
The dentist was very rough during my procedure, causing significant gum bleeding and pain. When I asked for more numbing agent, he seemed annoyed. The lack of pain management and gentle care has left me traumatized.
