First of all I want to state I am not receiving any discounts or money for this review... For my entire life have had issues with my lips curling inside of my mouth instead of curling out. I was able to have a consultation for injections and receive the injections the same day. The doctor was very honest about what he would recommend and what my options were. Having just moved to San Diego, I did a lot of research before deciding on the perfect doctor. I have had one on one conversations with many of his team and I can honestly say that they truly have the best interest of the patient at all times. Dr. Alavi is humble, respectful, professional, and generous. He answers all questions never making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. His anesthesiologist Carol is the absolute best. Love Love Love I’m so happy with my mommy makeover!!!! Dr.Alavi and his team are amazing with their patients. They don’t treat you like a patient they treat you like family. After my procedure carol was so consistent with texting me to make sure I was good and to see if I needed anything. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Alavi he didn’t make me look plastic at all or fake I look very natural and put back together!!!! Definitely recommend here.

One year ago I got my breast implants and a year later had twin babies and I was fully able to breast-feed and hadn’t zero complications and I am so happy with the way they have turned out. I would highly recommend him I have had friends go to him and he is just a great doctor
