Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

The dentist himself might be competent, but other than a cursory examination, he provided no services. All I needed was a routine cleaning and one filling. Unfortunately, the goal of this office is upselling -- getting you to pay for more expensive services than needed. They'll also hit you with bogus charges (e.g., $17.50 for "supplies and OSHA fees"). Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I felt like they really cared about me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

I purchased a Groupon deal for Dental Exam, Cleaning, and X-rays (Up to $232 Value) and was informed when I called that the earliest appointment would be 3 months out. When I asked if there was anything earlier due to a possible broken tooth or lost filling, I was informed by the slightly rude receptionist that it would be an additional $80 for the dentist to look at that tooth. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
