Ever since management changed the place has gone down a steep hill. The counselors are all for bureaucracy and less for actual empathy for addicts. They truly can't grasp what it is to be an addict and would rather punish their patients than realize we have a mental disease that doesn't respond to punishment, but to love and rehabilitation. This clinic was fair and respectful to its clients until Megan Sykes took over as the administrator in 2016. Now the clinic is the worst. Megan is disrespectful of the clients and changes the rules constantly. If you argue with her about anything she'll kick you off the program without hesitation and will not refund your money as she has done to 20 clients thus far. She's passive aggressive, hateful and potential clients are advised to steer clear of this clinic if at all possible. She doesn't understand the nature of addict... read more
