EDITED TO ADD: The company recently terminated the one person that made the office run. The one person who made patients feel safe while getting their Spravato treatment. The one person who went to bat with our insurance companies when needed. Renee was a major asset to this company. If they only knew. Went looking for mental health help and found Center for Care and Resiliency. This has been the best decision I’ve ever made. UPDATE: Went in for my normal appointment today and seen the main reason why i decided to come here was fired!! I am not happy nor do i feel like i will be faught for, Renee made me feel welcomed and inviting.. SHE was the reason i came there to begin with. And helped me overcome my anxiety with coming there and you terminated her? Updated Review Having just found out from another reviewer that the main person that runs the office and makes the place welcoming and feel safe and comfortable has been fired I am livid! I cannot imagine why there would be any reason to do this! Renee ran that office better than anyone I have ever seen run an office as well as making patients feel comfortable and taken care. I was turned away for wanting to come off of medication. This place made me feel terrible about my mental health which caused more damage anxiety and stress. it's unethical in my opinion
