The staff is wonderfully involved I couldn't ask for a better group of people to help me with my issues anybody who has anything bad to say about this place or the people that work there have self issues to deal with I am alive today because of these the staff at the BHT thank you everybody from Linda to Lisa to Becca everybody you guys are the best thank you so much
This place says the close at 12:30 but beware they actually close at 11:30. Got there at 11:45 and was met at the door and told this has been their hours for a whole year (why isn’t your website updated then?) and that I knew the hours. No I don’t. I’ve been going here for two years and consistently go at 7am. My boyfriend just freaking died and I have trouble getting out of bed. They don’t care.
I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that.
