I have called twice and asked for an appointment and both times I am told they will call me back with info and look into my insurance. Both times no one called me back. A third time I called to ask why they hadn’t called me back and they said they would find out and call me back about that and never did then either. I always give people 3 chances because I know how busy medical offices can be but then I won’t call again.
I will not recommend this place. All they want is your money. If they see you cannot pay they won’t attend to your needs. I knew my insurance covered this place. I called to see if the treatments were appropriate to my needs and the lady in the front was just interested in my insurance and if I was able to pay. I got competed by with Dr Walba which she is worst psychologist I ever been too. She diagnosed me and after that she didn’t care to want to serve my needs any more.
