In order for this company to do better, they need to maintain quality sessions. After a couple of BCBA changes and some questionable BTs, we ultimately decided to leave. Though there were a few good BTs CARD should hire people who went to school in the field and acquired their RBT certification. It doesn’t make sense to hire someone random without some sort of degree or certification by the state.
