Very unprofessional! I had a flat tire on my way to get my child and had to get another tire or I wouldn’t make it there!! I called 4 times no answer then finally they called me and I told them what was going on and she said she would call back in 30 mins and then I got a call from the manager and she told me if I didn’t get my child by 6:30 the law would be called and at this time my cousin was getting me a tire so I could get back on the road then I called my grandma and she picked my child up before 6:30 and they still ca... read more

OK! Explore your option's parents. This particular location has had 5? supervisors in the less than 2 years my son has been there. The techs and therapist are great but their scheduling issues every 2-5 months is ridiculous. Other locations may be better, but I would avoid this one if at all possible. I am currently exploring other ABA options because of the continuous ongoing issues with scheduling, zero notifications about random closing times, spontaneously closing early, randomly calling for you to come and pick up your ... read more
