They are dishonest. We took our son here for several years, until my sons school warned us. They felt CARD may try to bill us for meetings that did not happen. In looking into and I noticed a pattern starting of billing for extra appointments. Also, they had said they were going to do things that didn't occur (also 1 employee lost his temper with my son, one of every autistic parents worst nightmares) We stopped going. WARNING PARENTS! CARD IS BAD NEWS! My family's experience with CARD has been terrifying. CARD unnecessarily filled our son's schedule with training and therapy not needed in order to bill insurance. Additionally the CARD Corporate Office hid information from me, the father (the parent paying for insurance and attending parent training) in order to help our son's mom move our son out of state and setup a therapy plan in California while lying to me. CARD gave me a fake fall schedule for my son's attendance in the fall of 2019... read more
