I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at CANS. Our little guy attended for about a year and a half and only stopped attending because it was time for him to attend kindergarten; we truly believe he is doing as well as he is in school because of the extra individualized attention he received and the skills he learned from the talented folks over at CANS. We had a wonderful experience at the Center for Autism Northshore. Our daughter attended for around 9 months and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Katie and Michael were so helpful from day one with helping us handle a new diagnosis and finding ways to connect with our daughter and help her grow in her development. The center is small in a good way, all of the kids gets individualized attention but also build community in a small group setting. We love the Center! I can not say enough about the Center. They have loved on and cared from my son from the very beginning , Jan 2023. He was one of the first children to attend the Center after they opened. He is thriving and is excited to go to therapy everyday. We drive a hour one way to take him to this center because they are that attentive and supportive of the needs of a child on the spectrum and their families. I had the privilege of witnessing The Center for Autism North Shore in action while at the park with my daughter, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of care, support, and empowerment their staff provided to the kids. As an autistic parent raising an autistic child, it truly moved me to see such genuine understanding.
