They were ok but I feel like there was no progress as he started to fail his regular classes at school. We have been treated poorly as they cancelled his sessions when they said it was due to no call. They would continue cancelling or changing his sessions to begin with. Then they would never respond back when they said they would. They have poorly handled the situation. I am very upset because I thought it was going to be a great place to help my son and found out the hard way.
