I am going to C.A.T. for the 2nd time my first wheelchair was back in 2011 and I loved my simply built , no thrills ,no bells or whistles wheelchair since I've had jazzy by Pace through NuMotion mobility. If you need durable goods such as a manual wheelchair, it is much better to simply buy it off e-bay or craigslist. I have been waiting since early June for a manual chair from Blackburns. Early August is now mid September, and October will become February at this rate. I could have bought this chair for exactly what my co-pay is and had it delivered two months ago. In future, do not involve UPMC and certainly do not go with Blackburns.
