Jeff was an amazing help! He met me in office one time, said that I could do what I was doing without an attorney, and printed off what I needed.. As well as kept in touch through email to make sure I didn't have any questions! For not having to be there every step, I'm sure glad I had him in my pocket to help me when I had a question!

They took a while to get any answers, after being hung up on, calling, leaving messages I finally talked to a nice woman that works with them but just as everything else has been going horribly wrong they said I qualified and was even told they're was grants available for people in my situation then I'm told that "they're case load is to heavy, here's a petition for you so you can represent yourself". I'm not risking that. This pertains to my 5 year old daughter who is in a place that is unsanitary and even dangerous.. that'... read more
